1. Visual inspection and measurement: You can observe the appearance of the equipment and whether to check the appearance of the equipment. Various configurations were completed during assembly. Inspect items during assembly. For contact conditions and smoothness of sliding parts, test tools are used to measure the coaxiality of various shafts and bushings and to check the lubrication conditions of the relevant moving parts. 2. Idling operation: Run for about 30 minutes under no-load conditions. Check that the temperature of the bearing parts and sliding parts has not increased significantly. In the idling process, the high and low speed of the equipment and the execution of various actions are tested.
